Appeal an FCN
If you wish to appeal against a Fixed Charge Notice (FCN), you must do so as soon as possible and no later than 28 days from the date of issue.
Please be aware, the FCN may only be appealed by the driver and/or keeper of the vehicle.
Lower rate discount
Should you decide to appeal your Fixed Charge Notice and it is unsuccessful, the lower rate discount will only be available to those that appealed within 14 days of the FCN being issued.
If you are not appealing your FCN, you must make payment in full, within 14 days of issue, in order to qualify for the lower rate discount.
Before you appeal
The terms of parking are very clear and when the driver and/or keeper parks the car, they have agreed to the ‘Terms of Parking’ on the signs. This forms the contract between Capital2Coast and the driver and/or keeper of the vehicle.
